ok8job Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

ok8job is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for players in Bangladesh, including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino and slots. These terms apply in both English and Bengali, and in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

3.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.
• Do not use the same password on any other website.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

You will be held fully responsible for all activity carried out while logged into your account, until you notify ok8job of unauthorized access and request that the account be locked.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must come from a verified payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account or credit card is strictly prohibited.

• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳20,000 (maximum limit applies)

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use a bonus offer only once.
• In cases of bonus abuse through multiple accounts or from the same IP address, both accounts will be cancelled.
• If a bet placed using bonus funds exceeds the maximum single bet limit, any winnings from that bet will be considered void.
• ok8job reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the ok8job platform are operated fairly and transparently. We work with certified game software providers to ensure fair play.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting body (ICC, BPL, IPL, etc.).
• If a match is suspended or a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Separate live betting rules will apply once a match has started.

6.2 Live Casino and Slots

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, ok8job may void the bet for that round.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on ok8job and may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using another person's identity or with false information.
• Using hacking, bots, scripts or any other automated methods to use the platform.
• Attempting to influence outcomes through match fixing or any other fraudulent method.
• Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources into the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Stealing or copying ok8job's intellectual property.

8 Limitation of Liability

ok8job is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, ok8job will not accept liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of a third-party service.
• Theft or misuse of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Service suspension or termination due to changes in government policy.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Financial loss resulting from gaming — gaming always carries financial risk.

If an incorrect credit occurs due to any technical error, ok8job reserves the right to correct that amount, even if it has already been withdrawn.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may contact ok8job support to request the closure of their account. It is possible to withdraw any eligible balance at the time of the request.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by ok8job

ok8job may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the terms is proven.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Failure to verify age, or if the user is proven to be under 21 years of age.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• The self-exclusion feature can be used to keep an account closed for a set period of time.
